Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 30, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how HER PTE. LTD. (UEN 202611988E), a Singapore company with its registered office at 10 Kaki Bukit Road 2, #01-36, First East Centre, Singapore 417868 ("Her", "we", "us", or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, transfers, and protects personal data when you visit hersoul.ai, apply for beta access, or use Her products and services.

Her is built as an AI companion product. That makes privacy and trust part of the product itself. We aim to collect only what we need, explain how AI-related data is handled, and give users practical control over their information.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to our website, beta application forms, product waitlists, communications, and Her software or cloud services that link to this Policy. Some product features may have additional notices, especially where a feature uses third-party AI models, payment providers, or cloud services.

2. Personal Data We Collect

Depending on how you interact with Her, we may collect:

  • Identity and contact data: name, nickname, email address, country or region, and company or role if you choose to provide it.
  • Beta application data: operating system, AI tool preferences, referral source, product expectations, and short written responses.
  • Account and product data: login identifiers, profile settings, subscription status, invite codes, device settings, and usage preferences.
  • AI interaction data: prompts, messages, generated outputs, files, memory entries, workspace metadata, and other content you submit or create when using Her product features.
  • Technical and usage data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, log data, crash reports, approximate location derived from IP address, page views, feature usage, and diagnostic events.
  • Payment data: plan, billing status, transaction identifiers, and limited payment metadata. Full card or wallet credentials are handled by payment providers and are not stored by Her.
  • Communications: emails, support requests, survey responses, feedback, and other messages you send us.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data such as government identifiers, precise geolocation, biometric identifiers, health data, or children’s data unless a specific feature clearly asks for it and there is a valid reason.

3. How We Use Personal Data

We use personal data to:

  • operate, secure, maintain, and improve Her;
  • review beta applications and contact selected beta users;
  • provide AI companion, memory, workspace, and account features;
  • process payments, subscriptions, credits, and customer support requests;
  • detect abuse, fraud, security incidents, and violations of our Terms;
  • analyze product performance and user needs;
  • send product updates, onboarding messages, and service notices;
  • comply with law, enforce agreements, and protect our rights and users.

We do not sell personal data. We also do not use private conversation content to train our own AI models without clear notice and consent.

4. AI Processing and Model Providers

Her may route user inputs, files, context, or conversation history to AI model providers or cloud infrastructure providers in order to generate responses, run agent workflows, summarize information, or support memory features.

Where possible, we minimize the data sent to third-party providers, use provider settings that reduce retention or training use, and separate operational metadata from user content. Third-party providers, including cloud infrastructure providers such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) and AI model providers such as Anthropic where applicable, may process data under their own security and compliance terms. We review providers before using them for production workloads.

You should not submit highly sensitive information, regulated data, or confidential third-party information unless the feature is explicitly designed for that use and you have the right to provide it.

5. Legal Bases for EEA and UK Users

For users in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases:

  • Contract: to provide the service you request, including account, beta, AI, and support features.
  • Legitimate interests: to secure, debug, improve, and develop Her, prevent abuse, and understand product demand.
  • Consent: for optional communications, certain cookies, optional research participation, or uses that require consent.
  • Legal obligation: to comply with accounting, tax, regulatory, security, or legal requirements.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We may use cookies, local storage, analytics events, and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember preferences, understand traffic, prevent abuse, and improve the product. Where required by law, we will request consent before using non-essential cookies.

7. Sharing and Disclosure

We may disclose personal data to:

  • cloud hosting, database, security, monitoring, and infrastructure providers, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) where applicable;
  • AI model and inference providers used to deliver product features;
  • email, customer support, analytics, and communication tools;
  • payment processors and subscription management providers;
  • professional advisers, auditors, insurers, and legal counsel;
  • government authorities, courts, or law enforcement where required by law;
  • acquirers or successors in a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets.

We require service providers to protect personal data and use it only for authorized purposes.

8. International Data Transfers

Her is incorporated in Singapore and may use infrastructure and service providers in Singapore, the United States, the European Union, and other countries. Your personal data may therefore be transferred to, stored in, or accessed from jurisdictions outside your country.

For transfers from Singapore, we take steps intended to ensure that transferred personal data receives a standard of protection comparable to Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012, including contractual obligations, vendor review, access controls, and security measures.

For transfers from the EEA or UK to countries without an adequacy decision, we use appropriate safeguards where required, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent contractual protections, together with technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the data and service.

For users in the United States, including California residents, we provide the disclosures in this Policy and honor applicable rights where the relevant privacy laws apply to Her.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including access controls, encryption in transit where appropriate, least-privilege practices, logging, monitoring, backups, and vendor security review. No online service is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Retention

We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and keep appropriate business records. Beta application data may be retained while we evaluate and operate the beta program unless you ask us to delete it and we no longer need it.

11. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal data. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

California residents may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, and opt out of sale or sharing of personal information, subject to legal limits. Her does not sell personal information.

EEA and UK users may have the right to lodge a complaint with a local supervisory authority. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue.

12. Children

Her is not directed to children under 13, or the minimum age required by applicable local law. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy as our product, infrastructure, providers, or legal obligations change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
